As we bid farewell to the final days of summer, we're thrilled to present Joe Morris's "Solar Fantasy EP." Written during the darkest days of the Covid-19 Pandemic the tracks are deliberately imbued with a warmth and light; richly textured melodies and a vibrant sonic palette dance around each other to create an immersive dance floor experience full of freedom and emotion. Teen Daze flips the energy of the original to a languid pace for a more poolside atmosphere. Cool electric keys and sparkling chords add a dreamy, hazy quality to the music. Embracing the dream house aesthetic of the original, the Desert Island Disco version offers up a breezy house vibe that moves with an energetic pace, introducing cool piano hooks and breathy vocals. Pleasure Voyage take a nostalgic turn, transporting us back to the heady days of Rimini with a fun Italo-house rework packed with irresistible groove and keys.
The Solar Fantasy EP is a carefully crafted collection of tracks that aim to evoke feelings of warmth, freedom, and positivity, making it a fitting soundtrack for the end of summer.
